Information We Collect

In order to provide the services and functions required for agricultural field officers, the application collects and processes the following types of information:

User Account Information

Officer profile details including your name, user ID, contact information, assigned agricultural region/range, and login credentials provided by your organization or system administrator.

Location Data (Precise & Approximate)

The app collects device location data (via GPS and network) to accurately record geographic coordinates for field registrations, farm boundaries, inspection locations, and seed sampling sites. Location is only accessed while the app is active or when performing field-specific tasks.

Camera and Photos

The app requires access to your device camera and storage to capture photos of crop conditions, damage assessments, sample labels, and to scan QR codes for field identification.

Field and Agronomic Data

Records submitted by you concerning crop inspections, damage reports, seed sampling records, and farmer registration data.

Device and App Performance Data

Basic technical logs, device model, operating system version, and crash data used solely for diagnostic and system stability purposes.
